Tiny Sweedish Pancakes! (sort of...)

Yeah, so they're not TOTALLY authentic.  Yes, you should eat them with Jam.  Yes they should be bigger.  No I shouldn't have used Buttermilk... But you know what.  These are my favorite pancakes to make. 

Recipe: (Serves 1-2 people, and makes 5-6 tiny pancakes or 2 big pancakes)

2.5 Oz flour
5 Oz Buttermilk
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Sugar (not shown in video)
Pinch of Salt (not shown)
2 Tbsp Melted Butter

Mix everything in a bowl, sifting the flour and saving the butter for last, mixing as you slowly pour it in.  Heat up a skillet or pancake pan on Medium heat.  When it's nice and hot, wipe some oil onto the pan with a paper towel to get a think layer.  Ladle enough batter to make a pancake that is adequate to your desired size. 

Top with more butter, stack as high as you can, add syrup, and eat them!
