Not much to say on this one! I guess that should be the usual, though… when you think about the whole reason I created this video series.
3.5oz Chopped Chocolate
2 cups of Whole Milk or Almond Milk
Sugar to taste
Pinch of Kosher Salt
Whipped Cream or Whipped Coconut Cream
You just heat up some milk or almond milk in a saucepan, melt in some dark chocolate, and simmer it on low until it gets as thick as you want it! I like mine a little thick so I let it simmer for a good 10 minutes. Very low, and stirring occasionally. Add in a pinch of salt and some sugar to taste. You made hot chocolate!
Many people have asked what kind of dark chocolate. I went with 60% dark coco here. I think that’s usually a good place to be with chocolate.
