Veggie Curry

Yeah sure, I've done curry before.  A few times.  But I did it again!  So... enjoy.  

Oh wow am I tired.  I'm so tired.  I love making these videos, make no mistake.  But they sure do take a lot of energy out of this news photographer (me).  Don't worry.  Times are coming soon where I will be able to make more videos than ever before.  

Lets get to this recipe.  I hope it's apparent in the video how to make this.  Follow the video, you'll get the gist of it.  As for the ingredients...


  • 2-3 Red Potatoes 

  • 2-3 Carrots

  • 1/2 a head of Cauliflower

  • 1 White Onion

  • 1 Head of Garlic (minced)

  • 1 -2 tbsp Ginger Paste (or a 2-inch piece of fresh Ginger, minced)

  • 1 cup of Peas

  • 1 cup of Green Beans

  • 1 tsp Cumin Seed

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • 1 tsp Tumeric

  • 1 Tbsp Garam Masala

  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt (or salt to taste)

  • 1 14oz can of Coconut Milk

  • 1oz Coconut Cream (or 1 tbsp sugar)

  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

  • 1 Bay Leaf

  • 1 Cup Vegetable Stock or Water
