Holy Crap, Migas. These things have changed my life. My life gets changed pretty often, so it’s not an especially incredible development. But having the knowledge of how to make these has definitely improved my life.

Also. I can not think of any way to revive day-old tortillas. This is by far the best use for them I have found.
