If you are going to Flambé this make sure you're careful and turn off the burner when you add Alcohol to the pan! I wouldn't really recommend lighting it up anyway. It's really just for show.
Take 1 Banana and quarter it like in the video.
Melt 1 Tbsp of Butter with 1 Tbsp of Brown sugar over medium-low heat. When the Butter and Sugar are melded together, add your Bananas cut-side down. Cook them over Medium-low heat until they are nicely browned (maybe 2-5 minutes).
Flip over the Banana slices, turn off your burner, and add 1 Oz of Bourbon (traditionally, use Rum. But I like Bourbon.)
Bring it back up to medium heat and let the sauce thicken for a minute or so. OPTIONAL: Take a lighter and set it ablaze! But be EXTREMELY CAREFUL. NEVER ADD ALCOHOL WHILE YOUR BURNER IS ON.
Serve it over a scoop of Ice Cream!
