French Onion Soup

One of the Early ones!  

My 3rd in the series for people who wish Television Chefs would shut up sometimes. French Onion Soup was the first thing I ever learned how to make. Here is the true, Silent, upload.

Ingredients:
About 3 onions per person
Alcahol (Hard Cider Here)
Garlic
Bay Leaf
Parsley
Beef Broth

Other than that; Carmelize the onions until they're dark brown (about 45 minutes to 1 hour), Add alcahol to barely cover.  Reduce to a syrup.  Add bay leaf/parsley.  Add beef broth.  Throw it in a crock (not literally).  Cap with toast and cheese.  Broal.  Consume.
