Hot Toddy (Vlog!)
Hello everyone!
I am on vacation this week, but I wanted to hook y'alls up with a video I've had on the back-burner for a while. Obviously this one is a little different, but it's a format I'm probably only going to use once in a great while.
So yes, I'm in the mood to make a cookbook this year! It's been something my girlfriend and I have been wanting to do for quite some time now. We're hoping to get something in print by the end of the year, but who knows what will happen.
As I've never published anything before in my life, all advice is welcome! As are requests, as always.
Oh, and as for this hot toddy recipe:
Boil some water and pour it into a warmed teapot filled with your favorite spices. I like mint, clove, nutmeg, coriander, ginger, lemon or lime peel, cinnamon, and cardamom. Let that steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
When it's done, pour it into a warmed glass with 1/2 oz of honey, 1/2 oz of lemon or lime juice, and 2 oz of Gin (or traditionally whiskey.)
Drink two of those and call me in the morning.
