Pimp Boyz Ribs

I don’t often make ribs, but when I do, I reach for Pimp Boyz brand Dry Rub.

PIT BOYS DRY RUB

  • 2 Tbsp Curry Powder

  • 1/2 Tbsp Herbes de Provance

  • 1 Tbsp Rosemary

  • 1 Tbsp Paprika

  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tbsp Cayenne

  • 1 Tbsp Kosher Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Black Pepper

  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp Cumin

Rub that all over your rack of ribs, and bake covered tightly in tin foil for 3 hours at 250 degrees. When it's out, combine the juices with your favorite BBQ sauce. Spread the sauce on the ribs and grill over hot coals to caramelize the sauce on the ribs. Keep coating the ribs in sauce as you grill until you get a nice char. The ribs will already be cooked, so there's no need to go too far. Just enough to get some smokey charred marks. Let the ribz rest for a little while, and devour.
